📜 Terms of Service

Usage & Copyright

• The artist (Jalvayne) retains full copyright of the artwork.
• Personal Use: For personal enjoyment, social media profiles, or personal printing (with credit).
• Commercial Use: Any use for profit (merchandise, streaming, promotional materials, etc.) is subject to a x2 multiplier on the base price.
• Strictly Prohibited: Using the artwork for NFTs or as training data for Artificial Intelligence (AI/ML) is strictly forbidden.

Payment Policy

• Payments must be made via PayPal (USD).
• An 80% deposit or Full payment is required within 3 days after the brief is confirmed.
• Failure to pay within the deadline will result in automatic queue cancellation.
• No refunds will be provided once the sketching process has begun.

Workflow & Revisions

• 5 free revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. Next time: +100 THB (≈$3 USD)
• Once the coloring process starts, only minor color adjustments are accepted. Major structural changes are not allowed.
• Turnaround time is approximately 2-4 weeks per piece (depend on details), starting from the payment date and when your queue is active.

• Please inform me of any specific deadlines during the initial brief.
• I DO NOT accept rush orders under any circumstances. This ensures that every piece of artwork receives the time and attention it deserves for the best quality.

การสั่งงานและลิขสิทธิ์ (Ordering & Copyright)

• ภาพวาดนี้เป็นสิทธิ์ขาดของนักวาด (Jalvayne) ในฐานะผู้สร้างสรรค์
• Personal Use: สำหรับใช้ส่วนตัวเท่านั้น (เช่น ตั้งโปรไฟล์, พิมพ์เก็บไว้ดูเอง, ลงโซเชียลแบบระบุชื่อนักวาด)
• Commercial Use: หากนำไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ (ขายสินค้า, ปกนิยาย, สตรีมมิ่ง, โฆษณา) ราคาจะคูณ 2 (x2) และต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้าทุกครั้ง
• ไม่อนุญาต ให้นำภาพไปใช้ในโปรเจกต์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ NFT หรือนำไปเป็นฐานข้อมูลในการเทรน AI (Machine Learning) ในทุกกรณี

การชำระเงิน (Payment Terms)

• รับชำระผ่าน บัญชีธนาคาร / PromptPay / True Money [th]
• ลูกค้าต้องชำระ มัดจำ 80% หรือ เต็มจำนวน ภายใน 3 วันหลังจากตกลงบรีฟ
• หากไม่มีการชำระเงินภายในเวลาที่กำหนด ขออนุญาตยกเลิกคิวโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าค่ะ
• ไม่คืนเงิน (No Refund) ในกรณีที่นักวาดเริ่มลงมือร่างภาพไปแล้ว

ขั้นตอนการทำงานและการแก้ไข (Process & Revisions)

• แก้ไขฟรีได้ 5 ครั้ง ในขั้นตอนสเกตช์ภาพ (Sketch) ครั้งถัดไป +100 / ครั้ง
• หากเข้าสู่ขั้นตอนลงสี (Coloring) แล้ว จะรับแก้เฉพาะเรื่องโทนสีเท่านั้น ไม่รับแก้โครงสร้างภาพหรือรายละเอียดบรีฟใหม่
• ระยะเวลาทำงานประมาณ 2-4 สัปดาห์ / 1 ชิ้นงาน ขึ้นอยู่กับรายละเอียด (เริ่มนับหลังจากชำระมัดจำและถึงคิวงาน)

• หากลูกค้ามีกำหนดการใชังานที่แน่นอน กรุณาแจ้งให้ทราบตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนการบรีฟงานทุกครั้งค่ะ
• ทางเราไม่รับงานเร่งในทุกกรณี เพื่อรักษาคุณภาพของผลงานในทุกๆ ชิ้นค่ะ
